Lyne Down Organics dry perry is crafted from 100% pear juice pressed from handpicked Blakeney Red pears grown in a traditional organic orchard on the edge of Marcle Ridge in South Herefordshire, an area famous for perry making over the centuries.
Our perry is produced in small batches using natural yeasts to ferment the pear juice. Blakeney Red perry pears produce a refreshing, clear and well balanced perry packed with flavour.
We don't spray our orchards, we don't use concentrate or flavourings and we don't add sulphites to our perry.
Our perry is gluten free, and is suitable for vegans & people with coelliac disease.
